We’re delighted that you have decided to join our community, and we can’t wait to support you and watch your progress. The Vocal Coaches (“TVC”) is committed to training the complete artist, and so we offer classes in all essential musical skills, and we will be keeping a close eye on your development.

In order for TVC to be fair to everyone involved, we ask that you abide by the following short list of rules.

1 - All lessons must be booked and paid for through the TVC website only. TVC membership and all associated privileges will be rescinded if a student is found to be booking lessons with a TVC teacher privately.
2 - Lessons will not be booked until full payment has been received through the website.
3 - Lessons may be cancelled until 48 hours before the beginning of the lesson. Within 48 hours, they may be rescheduled at the discretion of the teacher.
4 - A teacher is not responsible for making up for lost time if the student is late or does not show. The teacher may, however, choose to do so at their discretion.
5 - Lessons that are part of a package (for example 10 lesson for the price of 9) must be redeemed (scheduled and completed) within a period of days from the package purchase date equal to the number of lessons in the package multiplied by 14. For example, a 10-lesson package must be completed within 140 days from the date of purchase. Lessons that are not completed within this timeframe are considered expired and cannot be redeemed nor refunded in full or in part.
6 - When citing the name of your TVC teacher on a biography, résumé or CV, you must included “(The Vocal Coaches)” after the first mention of your teacher in each document.
7 - We appreciate that you have chosen the best tuition for yourself or your child, and we are committed to excelling at every point. If you have any concerns or questions at any point regarding you or your child’s learning, you may write to us at admin@thevocalcoaches.com.
